Replicagri’s latest Massey Ferguson 188 tractor model is great value at around £54. It’s a well built, largely diecast steerable model that’s supplied with a detachable front weight, drawbar pins, drawbar for the rear linkage and an adjustable length top link.

There’s good detailing on both sides of the engine and the front wheels are steerable.  While the cab’s provided with a correctly sized black wiper on the front screen and there’s a driving mirror detailed on the left-hand cab A-pillar. Neither cab door opens but for those wanting to add a driver the interior is easily accessed at the rear. Visible inside the cab are the gear levers, foot pedals and the dials in the instrument panel behind the steering wheel.  It has a black driver’s seat with its suspension system detailed in silver and red.

At the rear Replicagri has provided the tractor with both a European style drawbar and pickup hitch for attaching trailed equipment.  The lower link arms move freely up and down and have quick release ends and check chains.  On the mudguards there’s a blank number plate board, tail lights and on the right-hand side a work light. Only the oversized white sidelights fitted on the front of the mudguards lets the model down.
