DC Batman Gotham City Skyline Set

Designed for builders aged 18+ and over, the 4,210 piece LEGO set is a Batman fan’s dream as every tower and building meticulously recreates iconic locations from Warner Bros. Animation’s Batman: The Animated Series. Builders can recreate Gotham’s ominous skyline with beautifully detailed landmarks, including the Gotham City Court, Arkham Asylum, the classic Batwing and Bat Signal.

The set is also full of Easter eggs which are a crowd pleaser for die hard Batman fans. It also includes beloved characters and is packed with mini-figures of iconic characters, each bringing their own story to the sprawling cityscape; including Catwoman, The Joker, Harley Quinn and Batman himself. In addition, parts of the set open up to reveal more intricacies inside.

Besides its obvious appeal as a collector’s item, the Batman Skyline set is a stunning display piece - designed to be showcased on a shelf or mounted on a wall. The set measures 41.6cm high and 76cm long…so you’re going to need to clear some space on the mantelpiece.

Is LEGO worth any money?

There are a number of LEGO pieces and collections that are worth investing in, especially rare or limited-edition pieces that have been discontinued. It may be that that particular set had an alteration to the design or the packaging has changed - making that product line of LEGO extremely rare, and therefore valuable to some collectors.

Like many collectables, the value of rare LEGO can go up or down over time, and be subjective depending on a number of factors. Could your old LEGO sets be worth a pretty penny? Visit our LEGO Price Guide to find out if your set could be worth something.
