Alongside the numerous diecast and model railway manufacturers, the International Toy Fair is also a great place to see upcoming toy figures and miliatary vehicles. One of those showcasing its new figures was MiniArt, which makes 1/35 military figures, vehicles and dioramas, along with 1/72 historical miniatures.

It was the latter that provided our favourite from the show: a super cool Japanese samurai. Heading for release later this year, MiniArt only had an unpainted prototype but it already looked superb and the detail is absolutely top notch - particularly the expression on the rather terrifying mask.
