A new range of high-end collectable figurines, featuring some of pop-culture’s all-time rocking idols, is about to hit shops in the UK.

The Rock Iconz line, from US-based KnuckleBonz, has proven popular with collectors stateside since they were introduced in 2003.

The impressive line of officially licensed rock figurines includes such musical maestros as Freddy Mercury, The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix; all of which will be available to buy in the UK in June.

Thanks to the success of its Rock Iconz line, the company has now spread its creative wings into the wide and wonderful world of film with a brand new line of movie-inspired figures heading this way soon.

To kick-off the new range, KnuckleBonz has selected two of arguably the greatest films to have come out of the celebrated Jim Henson Company. First to be released in the new line, which is due to arrive in the autumn, is this ‘Labyrinth’ collectable, featuring David Bowie as the film’s villain ‘Jareth’. The figure, which has been created to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the film, is licensed by The Jim Henson Company and is limited to 3,000 items worldwide. Each figure is hand-painted, individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity, as well as a £150 RRP price tag.

Jareth will be followed soon after by KnuckleBonz’ tribute to the 1982 film ‘Dark Crystal’. Entitled ‘Jen With Crystal’, this new figurine, also due out in the autumn, comes with an RRP of £162.
