Movie Buffs to take on Hull with its toyfair on 27th November

Following on from the success of the first Movie Buffs event hosted by Hull-based Hullywood Entertainment in July, a new location has been introduced in York to host the next event.

Ideally located next to the train station, the Royal York Hotel will host the event, which will take place Sunday 27th November, 10am to 4.30pm. Entry admission is £3.50 adult and £2 for a child – under 3s go free.

The event is a must for film fans. Not only will it have all the usual offerings of a collectors fair but also a number of costumed characters and lookalikes, plus replica film props will be present as well as Del Boy’s van and Knight Rider’s KITT car, which will be on display.

Also on that weekend is York’s busiest event of the year, St Nicholas’ Christmas Fair. Footfall is expected to be high and there will certainly be plenty to see and do in the local area that weekend.
