Another splendid set has been released by TBBSM, this time a really unusual one, an Irish Scouts Pipe Band. The set is based on the band in the early 1960s when Tony saw them at the St George’s Day Parade for the Queen’s Scouts’ awards at Windsor Castle. Today, most bands do not wear hats. The set consists of a drum major, a bass drummer, three side drummers and six pipers, and sells for £190 complete. Tony says that the set could also be painted as a Scottish pipe band if this is what was wanted by the customer.
