TrueScale Miniatures announces resin model of McLaren P1

TrueScale Miniatures has announced it's due to produce a 1/43 resin replica of the McLaren P1, as announced at the 2013 International Geneva Motor Show. Due for release in October, the model is limited to 500 pieces and, according to TSM, utlises "the most advanced manufacturing techniques available today, in conjunction with 3D CAD data provided by McLaren".
A production version of the McLaren P1 made its official debut at the motor show and, for the first time, attendees could finally see the interior of this highly anticipated supercar. Only 350 examples of this 'hyper-exotic' hybrid will made - making it more limited edition than the model based on it!
