Missing items from a recent release
It has come to the attention of Bachmann Europe Plc that the recently released Class 37 locomotive No. D6714 in British Railways green livery (Catalogue Number 32-787) has been released on to the market without the Frost Grilles in the accessory pack. The missing Frost Grilles are being sourced and once available will be despatched to the stockists who have ordered this model. Bachmann Europe Plc would like to apologise for this omission and and reassure customers that the appropriate action is being taken to resolve the matter.Those who have already purchased this model should contact the dealer that sold the item to them to arrange for the replacement parts to be obtained.
