A street party was held in honour of the unveiling of the Pullman Wall Mural and the Glamour of Brighton exhibition at the Brighton Toy and Model Museum on Thursday 23rd September. The event was a great success with around 200 people attending.

Champagne was served courtesy of sponsors Pommery and the museum’s director, Chris Littledale, provided live music. The grand finale of the evening was the unveiling of the Glamour of Brighton exhibition by the Mayor of Brighton & Hove, Councillor Geoff Wells. The exhibition will remain open until at least April and has already proved very popular.

Something to look forward to at the museum is an exhibition of Hornby Dublo and Hornby O gauge models from a private collector. The collection, though some of it is pre-war, is in an immaculate condition. It is hoped that the exhibition will be completed in the next few weeks.
