minimodelshop.co.uk relaunches new and improved website for collectors ...
Online diecast specialists, www.minimodelshop.co.uk is pleased to announce the launch of its new website. Following customer research the site received a welcome makeover and Mark Devaney, minimodelshop.co.uk owner, explains why the decision to ‘revamp’ was made: “We are a small company who care about our customers and want to make their retail experience run as smoothly as possible. By asking our customers their opinions we were able to understand exactly what our core strengths are and more importantly how we could improve our website”.
Four new departments have been introduced – military, buses, farm and plant – making it easier and quicker for customers to search for a specific model, thus enhancing search functionality and navigation. Among many other improvements there is also now a ‘Future Releases’ section so visitors can see what will be released in the coming months.
