Collectable of the Month - July 2012

As part of our continued efforts to bring you interesting video content for the website, today we're launching a new feature: Collectable of the Month. Each month we'll select one of the items we've featured in either Collectors Gazette or Diecast Collector and we'll bring you a video review of that item. Plus, if you've got anything you would be interested in us featuring, then please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

This month we've selected the Jayland tinplate Spitfire, which is featured in the August issue of Collectors Gazette as part of an interview with Hatton's Model Railways about its new range of modern tinplate pieces. Although it may not be the most detailed replica, it certainly offers great value for money and would look great on display. Anyway, you can watch the video below, hope you enjoy it.
