The first large event post Covid-19 took place this weekend

The 2021 International N Gauge Show took place over the weekend of the 11th & 12th September at the Warwickshire Event Centre.

For many, this was the first larger event post Covid-19 and it is fair to say both the organisers and exhibitors were a little uncertain about how everything would turn out after the last show in 2019 - they were not disappointed.

The show was a tremendous success and everyone who came over the weekend as a visitor or exhibitor were delighted to be back together and enjoying their hobby as well as meeting friends and colleagues in person for the first time in 18 months.

The show was smaller than normal due to the impact of Covid-19 and organisers’ report attendance being 25% lower, exhibitor levels were also reduced. That said many exhibitors were delighted with the opportunity to be present at the show and visitors who had a shopping list to tick off had a very satisfactory day.

Organisers had ensured that everything was more spacious than normal for exhibitors and visitors comfort and the venue also had just had a new ventilation system installed.

Planning is already underway for next year’s show which will take place on Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th September 2022 at the Warwickshire Event Centre.
