New events for Chris Dyer

Chris Dyer Fairs recently announced an all-new (and important) event at Merthyr Tydfil; the leisure centre there is large, modern and ideal for such events. Two dates this year are now fixed, on Saturday 18 May and 2 November and this venue is a true hub located close to both the A470 and the A465.

Further north at Brecon, an extra date has been added on Saturday 8 December for this highly popular show. There will now be three such events this year, in place of the two shows formerly scheduled to take place.

Even bigger news is another all-new event. The Mega Cornwall show will take place on Sunday 18 August at Bodmin Leisure Centre in central Cornwall. It is close to the main A30 as well as Bodmin General Station, which is home of the preserved Bodmin & Wenford Railway. This centre is one of the largest such buildings in the county and it will be home to well over 100 tables on the day. In addition, some working model railway layouts are planned to be included.

Chris told us 'The Bodmin Centre is ideally located and is a very fine building, which will give Cornwall what it has been asking for for years – a major toy and train sale within the county and within easy reach of all parts. We have been pleasantly surprised at the level interest so far from both the general public and from the traders'.
