Road Transport Images has added eight new cabs to its collection for the second quarter, April to June, of this year. Four are completely new and four are reintroductions with detail alterations.

The new cabs are: BED14 1946 Bedford Spurling KV 2 ton van; BED15 1932 Bedford WG 2 tonner, the very first Bedford model built at Luton; GUY1 1947 Guy Vixen 4 tonner; and SCA5 1962 Scammell Routeman II Michelotti cab.

The reissued cabs are: 1946 Austin K2/K4; 1959 Austin/Leyland FG angle cab; 1946 Dennis Pax/Horla; and 1980 Leyland Roadtrain/Constructor.

Fourteen cabs have had radiator/scuttle transfers added at no extra cost.

RTI also has a ‘special kit deal’, available until the end of June, which is a 1965 Tate & Lyle AEC Mercury Ergomatic artic with 26ft Slide-side 4 in line semi-trailer complete with transfers and detailed assembly guide. It has a massive 30% reduction on the normal list price.
