Meridienne Exhibitions has announced the launch of the International Model Tractor, Plant & Construction Machinery Show, which will take place on 19th February 2012 at the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre, near Leamington Spa.

This new exhibition promises to appeal to all tractor, plant and machinery enthusiasts. Different to most shows, there will be the competition element where trophies will be available for every competition class. Enthusiasts and modellers are invited to enter their models and dioramas in the following competition classes:

• Class 1: Tractors & farming equipment
1a) Scratch-built models
1b) Conversions or customized models
Class 2: Plant & construction machinery
2a) Scratch-built models
2b) Conversions or customized models
Class 3: Dioramas
Class 4: Junior section (under 16)
4a) All models
4b) Dioramas

The competition models and dioramas will be a major feature of the event, with large display areas and a team of judges who will award a trophy for each class. The cost to enter is £10, regardless of how many models you enter – this includes two exhibitor tickets.

The displays of competition entries will be complemented by a number of full-size restored tractors and vintage machinery that will be showcased at the event. A number of specialist suppliers will also be present, showing the latest products available.

Make a note in your diary now of this event which presents an ideal opportunity to network with other enthusiasts. Tickets will be available on the day priced at £6 (accompanied under 16s free).
