With in excess of 2000 images (all exclusive and apart from a few historic are in colour), the book includes a main index, with sub-indices, tables and lists throughout. All known collectors cards and Eagle advertisements reproduced. Special in-depth section on vehicle construction details and colour specification. Numerous scenic set pieces, many full page, as never seen before. This is not a limited edition, but published privately.

Priced at £63 plus £13 postage (within mainland UK, contact Brian for other areas), the book will be launched on the 16 November at the Sandown Park Collectors Fair, or telephone the author on 01342 410502 for other arrangemnents.

Overheard and noted and Sandown preview, 14th September:

“About time, is it really 40 years? Better be worth the wait.” (It is! – Ed.)

“Never seen anything like it, somebody has had a lot of fun playing with their toys, quite literally.”

This must set the standard for the future. Corgi and Dinky fans eat your heart out.”

“If this was £100, I would still instantly buy it.”

“Am I looking at the toy and model publishing event of this century? Probably the last century as well.”

“Wonderful to see everything else given the full treatment. Worth the price alone.”
