Spring Fair International 2013: RMS Titanic Lifeboat No. 6
We get an exclusive look at the RMS Titanic Lifeboat No. 6 Commemorative Set. ...
Although the official 100th anniversary of the launch of the Titanic passed last year, W. Britains is preparing to release RMS Titanic Lifeboat No. 6 Commemorative Set (ref: 62001) and we were lucky enough to get a glimpse of this exciting and incredibly detailed piece at the Spring Fair International 2013, held at the Birmingham NEC.
This superb set features 10 handpainted figures and the lifeboat itself. We were astounded by the wonderful detail, which you can see in the video below. Alongside this complete set, Britains is also releasing an empty version of the lifeboat and a model of Captain John Smith (ref: 62000) - who looks a little like Collectors Gazette toy soldier expert Mike Blake... but don't tell him we said that! Also in the video are some of the latest Zulu War and World War II figures from Britains.
