Countrywide Farmers, established in 1999 and based in Worcestershire, is a leading supplier of farming, equestrian, pet, country clothing, gardening products and services to rural communities, and its amazingly liveried trucks are always a fabulous sight on the roads as well as being regulars on the show scene too.

One of the newest additions to its fleet is this fabulous Scania Topline R620. This top-of-the-range Scania cab is equipped to the highest standards and is  practically a home from home.

The R-series model range made its début in 2004, and won the prestigious International Truck of the Year award in 2005 and again in 2010.
This model is the first release in the Maguires Models “ShowTruck” range and comes complete with a numbered certificate. What a way to begin the collection!

The model
The quality of the artwork is something you just have to see for yourself as the photographs here simply don’t do it justice! As on the real cab unit, the images are different on both sides as well as to the rear panels so this must have taken some doing.

Add to that the gorgeous rich shade of green to the chassis, complete with detachable fifth wheel cover, and this is a sure fire winner, even before we mention the incredibly intricate grille guards that adorn the front of the cab.

Turning our attention to the underside and it just gets better. The four-wheel steering linkage is simply stunning and actually works too! A great start to the new range from Maguires Models, we look forward to many more!

Artwork on the nearside of the cab.

Front and rear views showing the incredible detail that covers every square millimetre of the model.

Close-up on the back of the cab.

Great detail underneath with working four-wheel steering linkages.
