A new brand to the market, "Road Kings", has released two large 1/18 scale tractor units. Largely diecast with a little plastic, both models feature very good levels of detail, including steerable front wheels and opening doors, and carry a RRP of £146.99.
The striking blue and yellow 1976 Scania LBT 141 (No RKS 180011) carries the patriotic Swedish colours of ASG while the blue-cabbed 1969 Mercedes LPS 1632 (No RKS 180022) has a more-muted but equally well finished dark red chassis with black mudguards.
