Minichamps has announced a host of new models, including the Ford Escort Mk. 1 RS1600 1970 – blue/white stripes, as seen in the latest entry in the Fast & Furious legacy… a film series that seems determined to run until the end of time, it seems. Although the Escort – available in 1/18 and 1/43 scales - won’t come in branded packaging, we’re sure that Fast & Furious fans will snap it up at the suggested retail prices of £99.99 for the 1/18 version and £44.99 for the smaller edition.
Other new models heading your way from Minichamps include: 1/18 scale McLaren MP4-12C 2011 – metallic red; 1/43 Alfa Romeo Giulia 1970 – red; 1/43 BMW 700L 1960 – blue; 1/43 Citroen 2CV 1980 – yellow; 1/43 Lamborghini Jarama 1974 – orange; 1/43 Lexus CT200H 2010 – silver; 1/43 Maserati GranCabrio 2010 – metallic grey; 1/43 Volkswagen 1200 1953 – blue and Volkswagen T3 Bus 1979 – blue.
