Following on from a very successful 2013, TrueScale Miniatures aims to continue the trend with some truly amazing releases in the next 12 months.
At the recent International Toy Fair in Nuremberg, there were many exciting samples for us all to see. With several superb Lotus models in 1/18 and a marvellous Senna-driven McLaren model in the same scale, these were flanked by McLaren F1 GTRs, P1s and two versions of the mighty new Bentley GT3 contender, as well as the 2003 Le Mans winning Bentley EXP Speed 8, all again in 1/18.
Others on display included a terrific Tyrrell P34 complete with starting grid figure display and a rather splendid Steve McQueen figurine in the iconic Le Mans movie "Agincourt salute" pose.
TSM also displayed a few of their incredible 1/12 scale range, including a McLaren P1, two Porsche 911s and, my personal favourites, the 1970 Le Mans 24 Hours winning Team Salzburg Porsche 917 and the 1971 Daytona 24 Hours winning Gulf Porsche 917.
