After previously announcing that it was working on a 1/43 scale replica of the DeLorean from Back to the Future II, Hot Wheels has finally unveiled official imagery of the model, giving time travel fans the opportunity to get a closer look at the vehicle and that all-important Mr. Fusion!

Admittedly, the differences are subtle compared to Hot Wheels' previously released Back to the Future time machine (which you can watch a video of here), based on the version seen in the original movie, but closer inspection highlights that the new model has a different rear number plate and the addition of a plastic replica of 'Mr. Fusion' - the energy reactor that Doc Brown uses to power the souped-up version of the Time Machine.

No release date yet for the model (ref BCK08) but keep checking Collectors Club of Great Britan for more details and remember, to get the latest collecting news delivered direct to your inbox every two weeks, sign up for our e-newsletter.
