Hasbro Re-releasing Vintage Star Wars Collection

Hasbro has announced it's re-releasing 'fan favourite' Star Wars figures from the popular Vintage line, which is a range of models that look just like the original toys from the 1970s and even have the Kenner branding on the packaging. Expected for release in March 2013, Hasbro is distributing different figures for different territories - so keep your eye out for any potentially rare imports.

Here's the full statement from Hasbro: "Great news, STAR WARS action figure fans! We will be re-issuing “fan favorites” from the popular VINTAGE line. We heard fans loud and clear, and as such only the 'best of the best' characters from previously released waves will be featured in the revived line. The new series of VINTAGE figures will be on-shelf in the UK in March 2013. Distribution of characters may vary by location, so please check your local retailer for your favourite characters around that time."
