Excitement builds for Lego sale!

Lego has always been our biggest and best seller," said auctioneer Andrew Stowe "so we’ve decided to add a specialist Lego sale to our calendar. We believe this to be the only specialist Lego sale in Europe, and probably the first of its kind in the world!"
East Bristol Auctions will hold their first sale on Saturday 3 December, and  from early 2017 will hold two sales a year dedicated to this iconic brick product.

Items already consigned to the December sale include a large collection of vintage 1980s boxed Pirate sets. ‘It’s all the sets I wanted as a child,’ says Andrew. ‘It’s a tough job sometimes!’

Alongside the classics are more modern Lego sets, in particular those from the Star Wars range. Expect to see the sought after 10188 Death Star and a few of the other larger Star Wars sets.

‘Lego is huge,’ says Andrew ‘It has a thriving adult collector market – and most generations have had some Lego at some point in their life. Everyone recognises it, and has a great nostalgic relationship to it.’
