Corgi has announced the release of a replica 1950s Tesco delivery vehicle in 1/76 scale.
To be launched as part of Tesco's 1960s replica store appearing at the upcoming Goodwood Revival, the model is of a Guy Pantechnicon which will be sold alongside a restored Albion van to be displayed at the event. Both the Albion and the Pantechnicon were widely used during the era and Corgi managed to find original casts to use for the model, reconfiguring its manufacturing line for a one-off production run of 3,000 models.
It will be sold in specially produced packaging inspired by a traditional design for just £5!
