OO GAUGE BR ‘PATRIOT’ CLASS No 45504 ‘ROYAL SIGNALS’ (31-213DS)
The only new ‘Patriot’ model from Bachmann this year is this Fowler-tendered BR late-crest liveried version, which interestingly features digital sound. Interesting in the sense that there are no ‘Patriots’ preserved to get sound from until they finish building ‘new’ ‘Patriot’, The Unknown Warrior! The model features the new adjustable tender coupling, as well as separate extched-brass nameplates and is priced at £268

The prototype had its name removed in 1999 and is believed currently in store, still in the same livery. Priced £104.99.
