New from Trax Models of Sydney, Australia is this new model of a rare commemorative Holden Commodore. The VC Commodore 50th Anniversary Edition was a special commemorative version to mark the 50th anniversary of the merger between the Australian arm of General Motors and Holdens Ltd, the motor body building company.
Trax has recreated the original model which was released in 1981. The model is in the correct metallic gold colour with white lining and beige interior. While not a new casting, this is their first model of a standard Commodore L.
It comes with the correct alloy-style wheels, and even the plaque can be seen on the dashboard. Priced at A$39.95, it is only available direct from the www.topgear.com.au website.
