The Routemaster Association commission limited edition RML diecast model

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the London Transport Routemaster Long (RML) entering service, The Routemaster Association has commissioned Exclusive First Editions to produce a limited edition RML model. With just 1,008 models to be manufactured by EFE, the model will certainly be in great demand.

The model will be a first for EFE on many counts. It is the first time that an advert for ‘Black ‘Black & White Scotch Whiskey’ has appeared on an EFE model. David Cooper, a member of The Routemaster Association and owner of Timbercraft, explained: “I managed to get a special licence so that the advert could be reproduced for this special model.”

It is also the first EFE RML model to have the original grille for the front and is sure to become very collectable.
