The first item to be announced from Sideshow Collectibles’ new line of ‘The Lord of the Rings’ collectables is the Aragorn as Strider Statue.
The 14.5in polystone figure features the heir of Isildor as Strider, the mysterious ranger who guards the Shire. The statue comes with fantastic detail, including a great likeness to Viggo Mortensen, the actor who played the character in the film series. Due for release in the first quarter of 2011, the price and the limited edition details are still to be confirmed.
