Road Transport Images releases six new cabs to its diecast model range

For the third quarter (July to September) six cabs have been added to Road Transport Images’ range: four completely new and two reintroductions with detail alterations.

The new cabs are: 1946 DEN5 Dennis Pax I forward control cab; 1938 ERF ‘Streamline’ CI cab; 1937 Fordson 7V (oval radiator) cab; and 1990 Iveco Eurocargo 12-17 tonne cab. The reintroductions with detail alterations are: 1949 Dodge 100 Briggs cab; and 1947 Thornycroft Trusty cab.

RTI also has a ‘special kit deal’, available until the end of September, which is a 1945-53 Bedford O type cab, long wheelbase chassis and Bedford pattern wheels with a choice of seven body types: two open; four vans, a tipper and a brewers dray. Total parts value £26.50 at a special price of £19 – an ideal opportunity for collectors and modellers to try their hand at this very simple method of road vehicle assembly.

Of particular interest to collectors, a new page has been added to the RTI website, ‘display models for sale’. A number of models previously on display at exhibitions are now available for sale. Also, a bespoke model making service is now available for the exact lorry you may require.
