Once again Bachmann and the NRM have teamed up to produced another popular locomotive from the National Collection. This time it’s the Midland Railway three-cylinder ‘Compound’ 4-4-0. Resplendent in its Crimson Lake livery, Bachmann has done a superb job in creating this model from an actual scan of the real thing, which is currently based on the Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway. The model is only available from the NRM, priced £140.
