Something a little different turned up at Diecast Collector HQ this month, all the way from Holland… A2Models is a newly launched range of model cars created by Marc Hermans.

In his covering letter, Marc explained that A2Models is inspired by vintage cars of the 1950s and 1960s manufactured by well-known brands like Dinky Toys, Corgi, CIJ, Spot-On, Lion Cars and so on.

Each model in the range is a limited edition of 200 and can only be bought via the website. The models are 3D colour printed by means of a composite powder, hence the grainy appearance in our photo! Models are currently available in 1/76, 1/87 and 1/100 scales with 1/120, 1/144, 1/60, 1/200 and 1/220 coming soon.

We had the pleasure of receiving an exclusive presentation pack with 15 1/76 models including a ‘BP’ Austin Van and Jaguar XK 120 (pictured above).
