American distributor and manufacturer Awesome Diecast has is celebrating 10 years in business. ...

Since 2001 Florida based Awesome Diecast has been distributing a wide variety of unique and limited edition replicas to customers in almost 50 countries around the world.

One of its areas of focus is buses. Having secured a licensing agreement with Greyhound Bus Lines, Awesome Diecast offers several unique items for the bus enthusiast. Its line of 1/64 scale diecast metal buses includes three different designs showcasing the changes in Greyhound livery over the last decade from the Highway to the Future red and blue scheme, to the Shadow Trim and on to the current Neoclassic graphics.

Another line it carries are the 1/32 scale handmade, ultra-limited edition buses from Omnibus Miniatures. Produced in small batches of 25 by Leonardo di Castillo, a talented Brazil-based craftsman, it offers a stunning version of the iconic Greyhound bus of the 1950s – the General Motors 4501 SceniCruiser. A bus design so unique, it was sold exclusively to Greyhound during its production run. Each bus is numbered and signed by the artist, making these a true work of art.
