Teddy Bear Scene is sadly no longer published as a printed magazine, our last issue was the July issue, on sale 12th June 2008. But don't worry - you can still get your monthly fix of teddy bear news and features through my pages in Collect it! and here on the Collectors Club of Great Britain website where we are committed to continue to deliver the latest worldwide teddy bear news as well as interesting, exciting and informative features about the wonderful world of teddy bear collecting.

I do hope you continue to enjoy reading about bear collecting through my new column and articles. Some recent back issues of Teddy Bear Scene are still available to order online if you have gaps in your collection.

As a passionate collector of teddy bears for over 20 years, I know how rich and varied this marvellous hobby can be and I aim to reflect this diversity in the content of my editorial. From teddy bear history to brand new products and from advice on bear making to show reports, we cover every conceivable aspect of the hobby. Along the way, we have a great deal of fun with light-hearted articles, collectors’ stories and interesting news items.

It is easy to understand why the teddy bear is one of today’s most popular collectables - a truly international icon, it is treasured throughout the world and its appeal endures far beyond the nursery. Nothing can equal the comfort a teddy brings to a small child but there is so much more to collectable teddy bears than a much-loved childhood companion. In fact, a whole world of collectable bears is waiting for you to discover it and we at Collect it! would like to be your guide.
