BACHMANN - pictured right
OO GAUGE BR ‘PATRIOT’ CLASS No 45504 ‘ROYAL SIGNALS’ (31-213DS)
The only new ‘Patriot’ model from Bachmann this year is this Fowler-tendered BR late-crest liveried version, which interestingly features digital sound. Interesting in the sense that there are no ‘Patriots’ preserved to get sound from until they finish building ‘new’ ‘Patriot’, The Unknown Warrior! The model features the new adjustable tender coupling, as well as separate extched-brass nameplates and is priced at £268

BACHMANN FOR MODELZONE
LIMITED EDITION OO GAUGE CLASS 47, 47972 ‘THE ROYAL ARMY ORDNANCE CORPS’ (BC31-650W)
ModelZone’s exclusive Bachmann products continue with a Class 47 in the grey and red Technical Services livery, a livery that was applied in 1993 just before its naming at MoD Kineton. The prototype had its name removed in 1999 and is believed currently in store, still in the same livery. Priced £104.99.

BACHMANN FOR MODELZONE
LIMITED EDITION OO GAUGE PACK OF FOUR CHARRINGTONS TTA TANK WAGONS (BC37-576V)
Based on two batches of TTA wagons, built by Norbrit-Pickering, and owned by Charringtons. 53775 and 53777 in grey were part of a batch of eight built in 1965, subsequently bought by BP. Black liveried 53759 and 53760 were built between 1965–66, also becoming part of BP’s tanker fleet, working from Grangemouth. Limited to 504 packs, priced £46.99 each.
