Q. I already use the website – why should I register as a customer?
A. Registering as a customer is FREE and allows you to enjoy so many extra benefits of the website. You can enter all of our competitions online, subscribe to your favourite magazines, order back issues online and buy tickets to our shows – all using our secure and easy credit-debit payment system. Watch out for our many money-saving offers too!

Q. I’m convinced! How do I register?

A. It’s easy, follow these three easy steps.
1. Click on the word register in the orange box at the top right hand side of the website.
2. Fill in your personal details as requested and in contact options choose if you want to receive any of our editorial e-newsletters.
3. Click on the register button – and that’s it!
We’ll then send you an email welcoming you aboard and confirming your registration!

Q. How do I log into my account once I’m registered.
A. On the opening page of the website click on the word “login” in the orange box in the top right hand of the screen and simply enter your email address and password where requested. Then click on the log in button. You will then see a screen saying “welcome to your customer account…” and you can then enjoy all the benefits of being one of our valued online customers!

Q. Aah, hang on a minute…will you bombard me with information once I’m registered and clog up my inbox?
A. You can also choose exactly what information you want us to send you, if any. We compile occasional, informative e-newsletter that can be sent directly to your inbox that cover a range of collecting interests such as diecast models, dolls houses and miniatures, model trains, teddies, toys and games and more.

Q. Ok, I’m interested in receiving the model trains and teddies e-newsletters, how do I “sign up”?
A. Once you’ve logged in to your customer account (go to www.ccofgb.co.uk and use the blue log in button top right of the page) you will be presented with a list of e-newsletters that are available. Simply tick the ones you want.

Q. Does that mean I’m signed up forever? What if I don’t want to receive them anymore?

A. You can easily unsubscribe at any time using a link at the bottom of each e-newsletter.

Q. Once I've given you my details, will you pass them onto other companies?
A. Not if you don’t want us to, read our privacy statement here. It’s worth bearing in mind though that we carefully select any third parties so you could miss out on some great offers is you decide not to opt in. But it is entirely up to you.

Q. I’ve got a magazine subscription, does that automatically mean I have a website customer account?

A. No, the two are separate so you’ll need to register online.

The website offers a number of special offers magazine subscribers only. To take advantage of these simply register your subscription to your online user account by signing in and clicking on the orange subscriptions button under the welcome text. Fill in your subscription details, click OK and save changes.

Once your subscription has been linked to your account you must ensure you are always logged in BEFORE you add any specially discounted items to your basket and proceed to the checkout. Plus, subscribers to Book & Magazine Collector secure early access to our online searchable database of current listings of rare books for sale.

Q. My partner’s already registered as a customer and reaping the benefits - can I sign up too?

A. Yes, of course, though please bear in mind an email address can only be registered with us the once so you’ll have to have a separate one from your partner’s.

Q. What do I need to do if I forget my customer account password?
A. Simply use the “forgotten password” facility here. Input your registered email address in both boxes and click on the reset button. You will then be sent an email with a link that takes you through to your account and you can enter and confirm your new password in the “security” panel.

Q. How do I then change my password to one of my choice?
A. Once you have successfully logged in you can click on My Account (top right hand of the screen) and change it in the “security panel” section of your account. Click on “save changes” bottom right of the screen. You will be sent notification via an email.

Q. How do I change my email address?
A. Simply log in as you would normally using the email address that you registered with us and click on My Account (top right hand of the screen) and change it in the “email” field. Click on “save changes” bottom right of the screen. You will be sent notification via an email.

Q. I’m already registered for the website forum – is that the same as a customer account?
A. No, the two are separate. The reason for this is because forum users may want to remain anonymous and not use their email address. For a customer account you will need to provide us with personal contact details. But remember it is FREE to register with us as a customer.
The same applies if you want to join the forum – you need to register separately here.

Q. I still need help, who can I contact?
A. Email webhelp@warnersgroup.co.uk with your query and a member of our team will respond to you quickly.
