The 2012 annual of the Toy Collectors Price Guides is on sale in all WH Smith stores from Thursday 24th November 2011, or you can order this guide online by clicking here.

Produced and published in association with the monthly magazines Collectors Gazette and Diecast Collector, The Toy Collectors Price Guide 2012 is the only guide covering all toy collectables at auction over the last year.

This 100-page guide is full of top auction prices realised – along with a full colour picture of every lot, each item is listed with a brief description including how much it sold for, where and when. Split in to nine sections, the guide is easy to navigate and provides at-a-glance information. With over 1,000 items listed, from diecast, tinplate, railways, steam and lead toy soldiers to TV & film memorabilia, dolls, teddies, plastic and more traditional toys, collectors are sure to find something of interest.

Leafing through the guide what stands out is that prices for old toys are firm. As ever it’s the mint, boxed examples that command the premium but unboxed and playworn models are also in demand which is good news for anyone on a budget. We offer the whole range of auction results across all genres and prices, providing a window on the last year at the sales.

Priced at just £5.95, when ordered online, you can get free P&P to the UK. Click here to order your copy now.
